Jessica Blackham gave birth to a 6.5 lb baby boy in a public restroom in Greenville, SC, and left the baby in the toilet, head barely above water.  Within about 90 minutes, a cleaning crew found the precious baby barely alive. 

Judge Ned Miller, after about 90 seconds of consideration, sentenced Jessica Blackham, who faced up to 20 years in prison, to a year's confinement at home and probation!
